FIDIC ENGINEER AND TECHNICAL SUPERVISION SERVICES FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE VILNIUS NATIONAL AIRPORT RUNWAY LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEM

In August 2016, Statybų inžinerinės paslaugos UAB began providing FIDIC Engineer and construction technical supervision services for the reconstruction of the switching component and primary circuits of the runway lighting control system at Vilnius National Airport. The works were completed in July 2017.

The Project involved updating the primary circuit cabling and associated infrastructure of the aerodrome's signal lighting system, which had become unreliable due to natural wear and tear—including light connections, sockets, wells, and piping. This Project was a preparatory stage ahead of the runway reconstruction scheduled to start in the summer of 2017.
