The purpose of project proposals is to express the idea of the main solutions of the building intended by the developer. After analyzing the current situation, territorial planning documents, design conditions, to determine the construction possibilities, to select optimal solutions, to assess the scope of the planned works, to determine the preliminary cost of construction works. To coordinate the solutions with the responsible institutions.

Project or pre-project proposals are usually prepared to obtain funding from European funds, the state, municipality or public water supplier and wastewater manager for infrastructure development in a specific area.

According to the prepared (pre)project proposals (as a task), the Developer can also:

1. Select a design company for the preparation of a technical or technical work project;
2. Select a contractor when it plans to carry out design and construction works in accordance with the principles of the FIDIC "Yellow Book"
