TERITORIAL PLANNING

Specializing in water management, we provide spatial planning services. Special plans, after assessing the current situation, are prepared by determining the directions, measures and requirements for the development, infrastructure management and (or) protection of the territories needed for individual activities.

We have prepared special plans for the development of water supply and wastewater management infrastructure at the district level, amendments to the prepared special plans, special plans for determining the boundaries of sanitary protection zones of underground mineral water wells/water intakes.

When providing special spatial planning services, we are ready to:

• Assess the existing infrastructure and development opportunities;

• Identify public water supply areas;

• Identify priority directions and measures for the development of water supply and wastewater management infrastructure in the planned area;

• Reserve territories for network development, setting measures for the use, management, protection of the planned territories, other requirements;

• Identify the reconstruction and renovation of overloaded and non-compliant water supply and sewerage network sections, pumping stations;

• Assess the preliminary cost of design, land acquisition and construction of reconstructed and newly planned water supply and sewerage networks;

• Provide for the stages of implementation of the special plan, calculate investments for individual stages of implementation
